The Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) has launched a Zero Level training seminar for module designers regarding the improvements of operational maps. President of the Central Electoral Office, Denis Kadima, has stated that an estimated 7,500 data collection workers will be deployed in the 5909 groups in addition to 385 Municipalities for the revision of approximately 24,000 registration centres. The training of operational staff is expected to focus on the use of smartphones instead of paperwork.
