The Beni Garrison Military Court has sentenced four members of the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebel group to imprisonment on charges of participating in an insurrectionary movement and criminal association. The sentence has been announced during a public hearing arraigned by the Beni Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office. The ADF members include one Ugandan national and three Congolese nationals. The court has sentenced the suspects prison terms ranging from 10 to 15 years.
