About 24 Ghanian nationals have arrived in the country from Ukraine today, 28 February 2022, after being evacuated following the armed conflict between Ukraine and Russia. The 24 people are expected to followed by 220 others who have exited Ukraine and will be in Ghana in due course. The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, has also denied reports that a train carrying some Ghanaian students out of Ukraine had been attacked.
