The State of Qatar has participated in the inauguration ceremony of the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT) in the Republic of Kenya. During the inauguration ceremony, the State of Qatar is presented by Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Kenya and Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations (UN) Office in Nairobi, Jaber bin Ali Al Dosari.
