Protest reported at the Kenya Police Headquarters in Nairobi. Demonstrators have gathered at Uhuru Park before marching toward the Kenyan Police Headquarters to protest against violence against women and demand justice for victims of sexual harassment. The demonstration has been organized by the country’s Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) to coincide with International Women’s Day. Demonstrators have submitted a petition at the Police Headquarters demanding protection against all forms of abuse. The march is also attended by Kenyan Member of Parliament (MP) Esther Passaris.
