Community leaders and security agencies have imposed a curfew in Blantyre’s Ndirande Township following the insecurity in the locality. This comes after an increase in insecurity and crimes in the community. Two decomposed bodies have also been found on Sunday, 06 March 2022, and have been transferred to the Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital to establish the cause of death of the two people. Member of Parliament for Blantyre City Central Chipiliro Mpinganjira has further assured the Blantyre Police officers have been deployed to the area.
