RWANDA – KIGALI – KIGALI – ANNOUNCEMENT 07 MAR 2022 (20:45)

The Governments of Rwanda and Guinea Bissau have signed three bilateral agreements during a ceremony at the Office of the President in Kigali The signing has been held between the countries’ Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Vincent Biruta and his counterpart Suzi Carla Barbosa and witnessed by President Paul Kagame and visiting Guinea Bissau President Umaro Sissoco Embalo. The three agreements include a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on economic and trade cooperation, on cooperation in education, and an MoU for cooperation in tourism, business and conservation. This follows as President Embalo is currently on a three-day working visit to Rwanda.
