The Secretary of State, Vincent Biruta, received the outgoing Ambassador of the United States of America to Rwanda, Peter Vrooman. The two delegates have discussed bilateral relations in health cooperation, climate change and security. Biruta further wished Biruta well in his future endeavours. Biruta has been appointed by the United States (US) President Joe Biden as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Mozambique.
