The National Independent Electoral Commission (NIEC) has announced three new members to join the Lower House in Mogadishu. State Minister of Labour, Youth, and Sports of Puntland Fardowsa Osman Igal has been elected for the #HOP232 seat, Jubaland’s State minister for Finance Hirsi Jama Gani has been elected for the #HOP223 seat, and Puntland Minister of Planning Abdiqafar Xange won the # HOP144 seat.
