Protest reported on the R544 and Heidelberg Avenue in the vicinity of BP filling station. The reason for the protest is unknown at this stage. The demonstrators have barricaded that road with burning tyres and debris. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes. Police have been dispatched.
