The staff members at the African National Congress (ANC) Luthuli House have vowed to stay away from work from today, 17 January 2022, due to the non-payment of their salaries. This decision follows after a meeting with the ANC officials on Friday, 14 January 2022. The staff members will also be meeting with ANC Treasurer-General, Paul Mashatile, on Tuesday, 18 January 2022. Staff members have held several protest actions following the party’s failure to pay their salaries.
