The Hillbrow Magistrate’s Court has postponed the case of suspect, Paul Makauta, who vandalised the Constitutional Court building, to 25 March 2022. The suspect will remain in custody until then. The suspect has been charged with malicious damage to property. The suspect is currently out on parole after being convicted of murder in 2010.
