Protest expected by the Public Servants Association of South Africa (PSA) members under the South African Police Service (SAPS) today, 03 March 2022, at the SAPS Head office. The demonstrators are expected to gather from 11H00 at Prince’s Park Avenue and march to the head office. The demonstrators will be protesting against unfair labour practices and recent attacks on SAPS officers. The demonstrators are expected to disperse from 14H00. The following routes will be affected, Prince’s Park Avenue, Kgosi Mampuru Street, Sophie de Bruyn Street, Bosman Street, Paul Kruger Street, Thabo Sehume Street. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes. Police will be deployed to monitor the area.
