KwaZulu-Natal Education MEC Kwazi Mshengu stated that an independent panel will be appointed to investigate allegations of racism that have been levelled against the staff at Grosvenor Girls’ High School in Durban’s Bluff. Mshengu has met the management of the school and the school governing body about these allegations. Learners are demanding the removal of the principal. Mshengu stated that they will act on the findings and recommendations of the panel. Motorists are advised to remain vigilant.
