Protest reported on the R103 between Estcourt and Mooi River in the vicinity of the Emabhalonini informal settlement. Community members have barricaded the R103 with burning tyres and are reportedly vandalising vehicles on the roadway. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes.
