The Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court has postponed the case of fraud and corruption against the former Minister of State Security, Bongani Bongo, and eleven co-accused to 31 March 2022. This follows after one of the accused changed legal representative, and the other lawyer failed to appear in court. The accused have been arrested in 2020 in connection with an alleged land agreement of R37.5-million in 2011.
