The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) in the province have threatened to take legal action against the Department of Roads and Public Works on the sewerage that has been diverted to undeveloped land near the R31 between Kimberley and Barley West. The EFF stated that the diverted sewerage on both sides of the road has become a hazard for motorists.
