The Cape Town Magistrate’s Court is expected to hear arguments between the State and the Defence team challenging a Magistrate’s order to send alleged Parliament arsonist, Zandile Mafe, to a psychiatrist hospital. Mafe’s lawyer, Luvuyo Godla, has stated that the order is unlawful and will be representing Mafe in absentia due to testing positive for COVID-19.
