The Ministry of Justice and Constitution Affairs have announced that the Directors of Public Prosecution (DPP) would no longer pursue prosecution against Chadema Chairman Freeman Mbowe on charges of terrorism. This follows after Mbowe and two others have been accused of conspiracy to commit acts of terrorism, in addition to separate charges of financing acts of terrorism.
