President Hakainde Hichilema has arrived at the Main Arena in Lusaka to participate in the celebration of International Women’s Day (IWD), which is observed today, 08 March 2022. The event is held under the theme of Gender Equality Today for a Sustainable Tomorrow. ActionAid being part of the ActionAid International Federation has also participated in the IWD under the theme Break the Bias, as well as other Human Rights Organizations.
