President Emmerson Mnangagwa has tasked Zimbabwe Ambassador to Malaysia, Constance Chemwai, to strengthen economic ties between Harare and Kuala Lumpur and five other countries. Chemwai has further stated that she will be assuming office soon and plans to deepen the existing relations between the two countries. Zimbabwe and Malaysia, which had maintained strong diplomatic ties, have cooperated in the aviation industry and trade.
