The Ministry of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage has announced that Zimbabwe has lifted all border restrictions to allow fully vaccinated travellers access to the country at all ports of entry. This follows after the Government implemented the necessary legal instruments in line with the recent Cabinet decision. Subsequently, Home Affairs Minister Kazembe Kazembe has officially gazetted the new regulations. The Ministry has stated that strictly vaccinated travellers are allowed to enter and exit Zimbabwe through land borders. The entry and exit of persons at all ports of entry and exit are permitted subject to the provisions of Statutory Instrument 18 of 2022 on Public Health.
